At Hamiu, we prioritize transparency with delivery expectations by providing tracking for every order.
While we aim to keep our stock information accurate, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, your order will be shipped in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
If you receive tracking numbers but do not get your order, please contact our customer service within 14 days.

We offer shipping within the U.S. and from our warehouses located in Canada, Australia, and the Czech Republic.

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Shipping Time
Domestic shipments generally take 3-7 days to arrive.
Hamiu is not responsible for delays caused by flight issues, weather conditions, customs, or other factors beyond our control. In some countries, you might need to collect your order from local authorities.
4.2 International Shipping Time
International orders usually take 7-15 days to reach their destination, depending on location, courier, customs, and other factors beyond our control. In some countries, you might need to pick up your items from local authorities.
4.3 Order Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment. Preorders will be shipped within 25-30 days.
Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday during standard business hours and is closed on national holidays.
4.4 Address Changes
You can request a change of delivery address before your order is dispatched.
4.5 Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses due to courier service limitations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are not available for these addresses.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will hold your order until the item becomes available. Existing items in the order will be reserved.

5. Duties and Taxes

We label packages as "Medical Supplies" to minimize duty charges, but customs officers may still apply fees. We do not refund any fees for orders confiscated by customs.

Packages are marked with the purchase value according to international postal regulations and will not be marked as gifts.
5.3 Refusal to Pay Duties
Refusing to pay duties will result in the goods being abandoned, destroyed, or returned at your expense. No refunds will be issued. For clarity on potential customs fees, consult your local customs office before placing an order.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placement. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.
7. Lost Packages
Hamiu uses third-party logistics and is not liable for lost or stolen items once they are shipped. We do not honor claims for lost or stolen items confirmed as "delivered."
8. Tracking Notifications
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress through the shipping provider’s updates.
