DIRECTION OF USE
- Fully charge the HAMIU™ B2 Elite's heating and vibration attachment for 2 hours using the USB charger.
- Position the belt between your lower rib cage and hips, securing it with the Velcro straps until snug.
- Inflate the belt using the manual pump, ensuring the air pillars are fully inflated for optimal traction.
- Adjust the heat and vibration settings to your preference using the digital controller.
- Start with 30-60 minutes of wear, gradually increasing the duration as tolerated without side effects.
- After use, detach the pump, deflate the belt by pressing the air valve key, and loosen the belt.
